Returns Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products purchased or ordered from Touratech SA's website.

Returning Products

Returns must be requested in writing by email with attached proof of purchase and photo proof of defect (if applicable) within 10 business days of delivery or collection by you of the item. Note, after 10 business days, ONLY returns of defective products under warranty are permitted.

You may return any item to us for exchange, credit or refund at no charge, provided:

  • Original proof of purchase (i.e. invoice) must be presented
  • Item is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached (if applicable)
  • Item is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)
  • Item is not missing any accessories or parts
  • Your item purchased is returned within 10 working days (for your own courier cost account. We will not be responsible for a lost returned item)

Defective Products

Touratech does its best to ensure that the products you purchase are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

In the event of receiving a defective item, please request a return in writing within the warranty period via email, with proof of purchase and proof of defect, we will collect the product from you and replace at no charge.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the incorrect product to you, or if the product is not as described on this Website, or the product does not meet your requirements, please notify us within 10 business days and we will collect the product from you and replace at no charge. 

This applies to the following products:

Product missing any accessories or parts at delivery

  • Riding clothing, pants and jackets that do not fit
  • Parts or accessories that do not fit your vehicle

Note: Incorrectly ordered items can also be returned to us, but for your own courier cost account. (We will not be responsible for a lost returned item)

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available) or apply an instore credit with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. (or refund you if that is your preference).

Manufacturer Warranty

As with all warranties, certain conditions and exceptions may apply. Please take proper note of any terms, conditions or instructions that accompany the item(s) purchased as well as the following.

The manufacturer’s warranty will only apply to defects in the process of manufacturing the goods and will not apply in the following instances:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse to the goods.
  • Goods used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were manufactured and intended.
  • Goods used contrary to their instruction manuals (where applicable)
  • Accidental damage; and
  • Damage caused by you in any attempt by yourself to repair the goods.

Non-Returnable or Refundable Items

The products listed below are deemed Non-Returnable:

  • Products that are out of warranty
  • Products stipulated "Non-Returnable" on our website's product pages
  • Touratech Vouchers or Coupons
